Homes for Teachers

Property Overview

Alliant Strategic Development proposes to take the vacant Flood School site at 320 Sheridan Drive and create a community of 88 homes for teachers and staff of the Ravenswood City School District. With a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms units, this new community will accommodate both individuals and families, with a preference for those currently working for the district.

Current Site

The development, proposed by Alliant Strategic Development  will help the City of Menlo Park meet its’ State Regional Housing Requirements and provide much needed, high quality homes for teachers, staff, first responders and other dedicated workers in our community. It will also improve a vacant neighborhood site and give hard working members of our community an opportunity to live where they work. We are projecting leasing beginning in Spring 2027.
